Eat Healthy Be Active Sessions to be offered at ACES Auditorium
As we head towards the holiday season it will be important to be reminded of small changes that can help you make healthier choices. Developed through USDA, these research-based workshops will be an opportunity to come together in a fun and interactive setting to learn about eating healthier and putting more activity in your life.
There are six segments designed to help you make healthier choices - foods to increase, foods to decrease, and balancing calories.

The sessions will be covered over the course of two days – Monday, November 3 and November 10th. A light meal is included.
The sessions will be from 10 am to 1:00 pm

She will be the instructor. SPACE IS LIMITED to FIRST 15 – Location is the Shelby County ACES Auditorium 54 Kelly Lane, Columbiana. Lunch is included.
