As we head towards the holiday season it will be important to be reminded of small changes that can help you make healthier choices. Developed through USDA, these research-based workshops will be an opportunity to come together in a fun and interactive setting to learn about eating healthier and putting more activity in your life.
There are six segments designed to help you make healthier choices - foods to increase, foods to decrease, and balancing calories.
- Enjoy Healthy Food That Tastes Great
- Quick, Healthy Meals and Snacks
Eating Healthy on a Budget
- Tips for Losing Weight and Keeping It Off
- Making Healthy Eating Part of Your Total Lifestyle
- Physical Activity Is Key to Living Well
The sessions will be covered over the course of two days – Monday, November 3 and November 10th. A light meal is included.
The sessions will be from 10 am to 1:00 pm
