FEBRUARY 15, 2013

Before School Activities - Where do I go!!!???

Students are not granted access to the building prior to 8:15 AM unless attending a scheduled event such as Band, Choir, or Reading Olympics. Before school activity coordinators will communicate to students the designated point of entry around the back of the school. The event coordinator or a representative will meet students at the predetermined entry door to allow students inside. Parents should enter the school bus lot, turn right onto the fire lane (by the flag pole) and proceed in a counterclockwise fashion to the designated drop off point. Parents should then continue along the fire lane and exit on the opposite side of the school by the Kindergarten playground.

Before and After Care families now drop off and pick up at the side of the building directly through the cafeteria. Parents should enter the school lot and immediately turn left into the staff parking lot and proceed in a clockwise fashion to the fire lane and into the cafeteria blacktop area. They will loop around the black top and exit with all cars by the Kindergarten playground. All cars will then be exiting by the Kindergarten playground.

Visitors to the building arriving prior to 8:15 AM will be required to knock gently on the office window, and an office staff member will open the door for entry after gaining identification.
