Back to School Night: September 30th
Back-to-School night provides an opportunity for you to meet the classroom teacher and get information about the expectations and learning objectives for the year. This event is intended to provide families with general school- and classroom-based information. Please note that this event is NOT a time for individual conversations about your child. You should feel comfortable reaching out to your child’s teachers with any individual questions and concerns at any time.
BTS Night Schedule - September 30th
- 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. - grades 3, 4 and 5
- 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. - SEPAC Meeting and Specialist Drop Ins
- 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. - grades K, 1 and 2
The Google Meet links for each session can be found HERE.
If you have any questions, please contact your child's classroom teacher or call the main office.
arrival and dismissal
- Cars should not be getting into link to pick up students prior to 3:30 p.m.
- We do not support car pick up or drop off in the back of the building on Robinson Road. It has been reported that there are traffic and safety concerns emerging as cars are driving down Robinson Road, turning around and in some cases driving too quickly. It has also been reported that students are walking through this space as cars are pulling in or out. No car drop off and pick up should be taking place behind the school; this area is not included in our arrival or dismissal plan and staff are not assigned to this area to supervise.
volunteers
- LPS has established clear steps for submitting proof of vaccination; emailing this information is not an approved method of sharing this information. Please use this link to complete the necessary form and review the approved process for submitting vaccination information to the school. This district process is the only one that can be used to be approved for volunteering.
- If you have submitted your information, but have not heard back from the school please contact Terri Carfagno at tcarfagno@lexingtonma.org or call the office to speak with her directly.

BACK TO SCHOOL PLAYGROUND MEETUP THANK YOU!
A huge thank you to all of the families who came to light up the night and support our 5th grade fundraiser at last week’s Back to School Playground Meetup! It was so wonderful to see so many in the Estabrook community out and about enjoying each other’s company. Thank you to Katie Guilfoyle and Lysandra Richards for their work organizing the event, to Cindy Reuter and Kristin Simon for managing the Spiritwear sale, and to our amazing 5th graders for their hard work selling glowsticks at the event!
HELP SUPPORT ESTABROOK STAFF
In previous years each grade would have hosted a staff breakfast throughout the year. Last year, in lieu of those events we collected donations to support the appreciation events for teachers and staff. All of the events were greatly loved by the staff!
Throughout this school year, the PTO would like to show our exceptional Estabrook staff just how thankful we are. Activities held last year or planned for this year include: Lunch on Teachers First Day of School and Conference Days, Ice Cream Truck, Bundt Cakes, Breakfast Sandwiches, and small gift cards.
We look forward to showing our teachers and staff how lucky we are to have them as part of our community. Contributions of any size are greatly appreciated. Donations can be made directly to the PTO via:
- Vemno: @Estabrook-PTO
- paypal: paypal.me/estabrookpto
