Matzke Elementary Newsletter

March 15, 2020

Matzke Elementary

The goal at Matzke is to help each child be a happy, productive, and informed citizen. This goal is achieved as staff, parents, and community work together to establish an environment which promotes high expectations and academic growth.

El objetivo de Matzke es ayudar a que cada niño sea un ciudadano feliz, productivo e informado. Esta meta se logra a medida que el personal, los padres y la comunidad trabajan juntos para establecer un entorno que promueva altas expectativas y crecimiento académico.

Note from the Principal-Cathy Jacobs

This newsletter has a lot of resources for your children to keep them occupied at home during this extended break due to COVID-19. We will continue to communicate resources from the district as well as communication from our Superintendent, Dr. Henry.

Please note that all of these activities are optional and no grades will be taken. As always, we encourage our students to read at least 20 minutes each day. Feel free to email me with updates about your family, needs, and pics of our Wildcats engaging in learning at home!

We hope your family is safe and well!
