GM ignition switch death
A total of 67 people have died due to GM's faulty ignition switch. Plus a total of 113 injured. These injuries and deaths are causing many problems with GM, especially since they are trying to forget their recall of 2.8 million vehicles due to faulty ignition switches as well. I would assume its causing the stock to drop.
GM Chevy Volt problem
GM recalls 64,000 Chevy Volts due to concerns of carbon monoxide while the car is idling. Two injuries have been linked and GM intends to instal software that will limit how long the car can sit and idle.
Reflection
To be honest I don't understand stocks very well. But I would still buy this stock, Its seems a little risky but aren't all stocks. Investing in stocks is confusing. I must be doing something wrong since I thought I was making good investments and then turn out to be doing pretty bad.
