Fourth Grade Newsletter
February 19th
Quarter 3
We need your help too, parents! We need you to remind students to be on track and completing assignments. When they don't complete assignments it will now be marked in the gradebook as 50%. You can check their grades by logging into powerschool for parents. You will need your students ID number.
We want to challenge all students, but we want them to be successful as well. We know not everyone can get all A's but we want each student to truly do what you think is their best--and we know they can do it! E.O.G.'s are just around the corner and we need to put in the work now!

Please do not sign if your student did not do their homework or did not read. Thank you!

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM MS. BENTLEY
Dear Parent(s),
We wanted to let you know about some changes we have made to the fourth grade schedule. The fourth grade team has changed recess to the end of the day, Monday - Thursday. We made that change to help students focus on academics earlier in the day.
Also, today, students began changing teachers for math class. Students may be working with Mrs. Pisano, Ms. Koch or Ms. Houston in flexible groups on instructional topics. Our goal is to provide the differentiated support each child needs to show growth as the year progresses.
As always, thank you for partnering with us to promote the success of all students. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Modine.
