Parent Teacher Conferences are Thursday September 28, 2023, from 5 pm - 8 pm in person and Friday September 29, 2023, from 8 am - 12 pm in person. Be sure to sign up for a time with your teacher(s) now!

Parents! Resources are available for interpreters. If you would like to request an interpreter to assist at your child's conferences, please complete the Parent Interpreter Request Form.

With the transition to the new website we also transitioned our app. We recommend that you uninstall and reinstall your CCA app to have it function at it's best. We have some exciting news! Volgisitics got an upgrade to VicNet! Volgisitics is our volunteer database and they have made things cleaner and more streamlined for you. There is even an app for download, called VicNet! The new login site can be accessed the same place on website, on the homepage button icons and under Community - or by clicking here.

Still need a Volunteer account - it's not too late - sign up for one here. Then, look for volunteer opportunities every week right here in the Eagle!

Earn volunteer hours by providing snacks to the CCA staff every Monday. Store bought items equal one volunteer hour, and homemade items count as 2 volunteer hours. Sign up one week before you will bring snacks. We love taking care of our teachers and staff!

We are excited to announce Cherry Creek Academy’s first-ever Spirit Shop. The community has asked for a place to purchase CCA gear, and now it’s here. Show your school spirit by wearing these items at CCA community events, Athletic events, and on the weekends. These items can only be worn to school on Free Dress Days because we are an exclusive Dennis Uniforms school. Our Online Spirit Shop is now open and will be open until Thursday, September 14, 2023. Once all orders have been placed, we will receive all orders here at CCA in about three weeks. Once the orders arrive, we will distribute them to students to bring home. *When you place your order if you do not want numbers or names leave those boxes blank to omit them.

Attention Parents! CCA Student Council is open for 5-8 grades. We are excited to plan fun and engaging events and activities for the school. If your child is interested in joining Student Council, please fill out the following Google Form. There is no fee to participate. If you would like to learn more about student council, please read the Student Council Introduction document. If you have any questions, please contact Moon Lee at mjlee@cherrycreekacademy.org.

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming! The Book Fair will be happening at CCA the week of September 25 - 29, 2023, and we need your help to make it a success. Please sign up to volunteer for our Book Fair. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Lanyi at slanyi@cherrycreekacademy.org.

As a part of our Veterans Day Assembly, scheduled for November 10, 2023 at 8 am, we would like to honor the brave people in our community who have served or are currently serving in the military. To include a member of the military to be honored during our assembly please share their name and the branch of the military they served in or are currently serving in, an optional picture, and bio or information about their time serving in the link below. Thank you for your participation. This year we will invite those Veterans, as well as families of students and members of our community to our school to join us for our in person assembly.

K-4 Family Movie Night - CCA Field - Friday, September 22 6-8pm

The PTO invites families of K-4 students to join us for a Movie Night on the CCA field! Bring your blankets! CCA will be selling concessions and pizza (cash only).

Please note this a family event - not a student drop off event. In case of inclement weather, we will move the event to the gym.

Thank you for your continued patience as we work through our backlog of back-to-school uniform orders for your families. We are sorry for any additional work or inconvenience these delays have caused you. In an effort to provide better customer service to your families, we have taken the following steps:

• Hired additional customer service representatives to staff our Customer Care Center and extended our hours to respond to calls and emails.
• Added extra staff to those stores that require extra help to process orders during this busy season.
• We will be emailing customers with open orders this week to inform them that estimated shipping dates are now available and shown online in their DENNIS Customer Accounts. Those currently without a DENNIS account can register with the email address associated with their order to see their purchase history and current status.

Our goal is to provide the best information we can at this time and update it regularly so customers have a better sense of when their orders will arrive.
