Mrs. Myerson's Classroom News - Week of January 4th
A Note from Mrs. Myerson
I hope that you had a happy, safe, and wonderful holiday. I am looking forward to seeing my firsties back at school! We are getting right back into the swing of things. The second marking period only has a few weeks left. This month we will be re-testing students' Reading Levels to assess their progress. It's very exciting to see how much they have improved since the beginning of the year!
Also, with the new year, I am going to begin a new routine with Homework. I will now, a few days a week, be sending home pages from our Readers Notebooks (they will be ripped out). These pages are great practice for our weekly spelling and phonics skills.
