GAME OF CHESS INSESSION! LAWYERS VS KIDS!

Okay kids of El Paso, the lawyers want a challenge.... You have the chance of a life time to beat a lawyer in a game of chess! :-)

ENTRY FEE: Free..... no charge kids play free
*MUST BE IN GRADES K-8th Grade*
We are looking for New Mexico and Texas Kids to come to our event!

Sections:
BY GRADE LEVEL
Kinder
1st Grade
2nd Grade
3rd Grade
4th Grade
5th Grade
6th Grade
7th Grade
8th Grade

Game Settings
20 minutes per round. there will be 4 rounds of Swiss-tournament per grade level.

AWARDS

1st and 2nd place winners in each grade level get an award trophy. Then all winners earn one challenge from a lawyer for one game of chess to play for a " I beat a lawyer medal."

There will be snacks and drinks for the chess player kids and lawyers at the event

Tournament Setup

9:00am to 10:00am registration

10:15 am round 1 (kids)
11:40 am round 2 (kids)
12:20 pm round 3 (kids)
1:00 pm last round 4 (kids)

1:50pm winners from each grade level 1st and 2nd place will play one game against
lawyers for a chance to win a "I beat a lawyer" medal
