Looking for classroom partnerships: Early Childhood Readin
Dr. Lenny Sanchez, Language and Literacy Faculty at USC and DFES SIC Chair, will teach an undergraduate early childhood reading class here next semester. The class will meet on Wednesdays from 8:30- 11:30 (Jan-April).
Dr. Sanchez is looking to find one or more classroom partner teachers in grade K-2 where pre-service teachers and DFES small teachers can explore reading together. The focus and design of these partnerships will be jointly envisioned with each teacher partner individually. The time commitment would be around 30-40 minutes of class time for pre-service teachers to work together with small teachers in their classrooms.
K-2 teachers if interested please let me know and we will get you connected with Dr. Sanchez.
Centennial Celebration
We develop students who care about the world we live in and express critical thinking through natural curiosity and wonder.
