Counselors Corner
This month, Mashburn counselors are preparing students to be college and career ready by conducting part 1 of a 3 part lesson which focuses on the career clusters/pathways. Proceeding parts of the careers lesson will be conducted 2nd semester. Since there are a variety of careers students can learn about in a single career cluster, students are encouraged to explore the careers in which they are interested in greater detail by visiting http://www.gacollege411.org or http://www.gadoe.org and clicking on the “students” link
7 Mindsets
We will have our 2nd House Meeting on Tuesday, December 11th at 6:00 pm. Students at this stage in life greatly value their friendships and relationships with others. Our House Meeting will allow students to understand the importance of helping others while exploring ways to support our friends in their times of need. Following the Mindset Meeting will be the Mashburn Winter Concert. We hope to see you then!
