Carver Elementary May 29, 2020
Dear Families,
I know that you have many questions about what the return of school will look like in the Fall. I will be honest with you, at this point, it is all still unknown. I do want to reassure you that we are in the process of working through this and as we continue to receive more guidance from our Commissioner of Education, we will have more information for you. Please be patient with us as we work through the challenges.
Next week, I will send a schedule indicating when you and your child may come to school to pick up their belongings. The schedule will be staggered and prior to your arrival, we will make sure to let you know the plan for how we are handling the pick up once you arrive on campus. We are also planning an end of school parade for all of our students with restrictions in place of course. Please save these dates, as the parade will be June 17 or June 18, whichever is the better weather day. Today's newsletter has many parent resources. I hope you find this information helpful. Please send your questions, comments and/or feedback.
With Great Appreciation for ALL you are Doing,
Ruby Maestas
