If the team doesn't have what the girl wants or needs to get better and improve, they should leave the girls' team for the boys'. Also, even though the girls' teams have less resources, it is still fun to play on. Playing on a girls' team, even with less opportunities and resources compared to the boys' teams, is still an exciting, challenging and fulfilling challenge.
