A semi-regular update of Library News and Events
Farm Fresh Produce at the Library
Thanks to a partnership with Capital Roots NY and the Southern Adirondack Library System, the library is now offering farm fresh produce and various shelf stable items. A new selection of produce is delivered each Wednesday. All items are free for the taking! We are also receiving some produce from the Waterford Community Garden. Please plan to visit the library and take home some of nature's bounty!
Library Welcomes New Trustees
Elizabeth Callaghan and Francis Hogan Join Library Board
With the retirement of long tenured library board president and trustee Joanne McLeod, the community has chosen Liz Callaghan and Francis Hogan as our newest library trustees. They were sworn in on July 13th. We are so fortunate to welcome two outstanding advocates for library services and community engagement to the board and so appreciate their time and talents.
