Have a lovely holiday weekend, Huskies! As the unofficial start of summer, Memorial Day is always a great time to celebrate with family and friends. Enjoy!
Spring Concerts have concluded. As you know, this was another of my many ‘firsts’ here at HA. I had only heard how special these were and often a favorite event for our staff and families. This couldn’t have been more true - what an amazing experience! Thank you to Mr. Dufresne and Mrs. Sprague for another wonderful concert season. Thank you to the students for their hard work and commitment to their music; and thank you to the families who joined us in our celebration of our students. Should you want to further support this amazing program, please consider purchasing a DVD of the concerts and/or donating towards new seats in our auditorium.

Mrs. Price would like to thank Lindsay Franson, adjunct professor in Biology at SVSU and parent of two Holly Academy students for volunteering to lead our sheep eye dissection. We also had several parent volunteers assisting the 6th graders in discovering what the parts of the eye are and how they work. This project could not have happened without the monetary donations from the following 6th-grade families: Combs, Cutter, Pence, Cross, Davis, Kline, Seddon, Nabozny, Jones, and Flanigan. I am ever so grateful to our Holly Academy families. When they see a need, they provide for our students. Thank you so much to all involved in making this happen for our 6th grade students. It's great to be a Husky!!
