Welcome Knighthawks!

Dear Future Knighthawks,

It is with great excitement and anticipation that Pleasant Knoll Middle School will open as the newest school in the Fort Mill School District! If you ride by the school, you can see a visible difference each day. It is so exciting to build something from the ground up.

While the building is important, so are the relationships that we will make with each other in the coming months. I am excited to get to know our students, staff, parents, and community members. Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or ideas. We will be having several events in the spring and summer to help build the excitement for the grand opening in August.

We want Pleasant Knoll Middle School to be a place where relationships, academic rigor, and safety are of the utmost importance. We will work hard to provide our students with the necessary skills to make a smooth transition from elementary school and on to high school. We will embrace the changes throughout the middle school years and help our students grow and learn in an ever changing world.

Together in Education,

Grey M. Young, Principal
