Greetings Peabody Family:
Our students have had a successful 2 weeks in our new Virtual Space. Again, thank you to the parents/students for being so patient and supportive.
As we transition into our 3rd week of school, students will engage in a heavier academic focus. However, we will still continue to teach procedures and routines to create a conducive learning environment.
If your child attends a daycare during the day, the centers are asking parents to please send the following with your child to the daycare each day: child's classroom schedule, computer charger, and headphones.
Please join us next week for our Title One/Choice Transfer Meeting and Parent Orientation Night.
If you are new to Peabody on a Choice Transfer, attendance for Title One/Choice Transfer Meeting is Mandatory.
Title One/Choice Transfer Meeting will occur each night prior to Parent Orientation Meetings from 5:00 P.M.-5:20 P.M. Please join using the link below.

Counselor's Corner
Hello Peabody Eagles! We have completed our second week of virtual learning! Thank you, parents, for your patience and grace. We could not do this without you!
Boys and girls, on last week I introduced you to the word "digital citizenship". Digital citizenship is the ability to participate safely, intelligently, productively, and responsibly in the digital world.
As we are diving deeper into virtual learning, it is very important that we become good "digital citizens". All good digital citizens follow their school's expectations for virtual learning, stay safe online, and avoid cyber-bullying. Good digital citizens respect themselves and others.
We have completed our first Virtual Student Expectations Assembly for 1st-5th grade. As a reminder, I found a video that reviews some of our expectations for online learning. Take a look!!
Love,
Mrs. Turner
