The Oxford Update
Oxford Elementary School
We use the money raised to pay for guest speakers for students such as Mr. Drew or Chewonki, playground supplies, positive behavior incentives and our trimester carnivals, supplies for classroom projects such as STEM Challenges, clothing/glasses/footwear for students in need, classroom supplies, donations for families who are in need because of illnesses/fires/or other catastrophic events. These are just a few things we use the money for. We hope this information will help you in understanding just how important this fundraiser is for our school.
So, thank you to those of you who have signed your child up on the online fundraising site. Items purchased online can be direct shipped to the home of the person who has purchased which is a huge time saver for everyone and gives the opportunity for those who don't live locally to support an OES student. Please let us know if you have any questions.
