Principal's Message

Dear West TV families,

I hope you're finding fun ways to enjoy this beautiful weather we're having! I have a few more updates for you before the school year begins.

iPads

Families with a student in grade K, 1, or 2, will need to pick up an iPad for your child to use for Comprehensive Distance Learning (CDL). iPads will be available for pick up on Tuesday, September 8th in the afternoon from 12:30-3:00pm.

For social distancing purposes, we recommend that families with last name beginning with A - L come between 12:30-1:45 and M - Z come between 1:45-3:00pm.

If you have a Chromebook from last Spring, please return it when you come to pick up an iPad - only students in grades 3-5 will use a Chromebook this year.

If you are out of town on September 8th and unable to pick up our child's iPad, you will need to fill out a Student Help Desk form at this email address, shd@beaverton.k12.or.us. Our Technology Specialist will contact you to arrange a date and time to pick it up.

Chromebooks

Students in grades 3-5 will use Chromebooks during Comprehensive Distance Learning (CDL).

They will use the same Chromebook that was checked out to them last spring.

  • If you are a new family to West TV and need a Chromebook for your student, please email our Student Help Desk at shd@beaverton.k12.or.us and you will be contacted by our Technology Specialist to arrange a time to pick one up at West TV.

  • If you did not request a Chromebook for your student last spring, please email our Student Help Desk at shd@beaverton.k12.or.us and you will be contacted by our Technology Specialist to arrange a time to pick one up at West TV.

  • If your student's Chromebook is not working properly, please email our Student Help Desk at shd@beaverton.k12.or.us and you will be contacted by our Technology Specialist to arrange a time to return it and pick up a replacement at West TV.

IT Student Help Desk
