MILTON YOGA STUDIO, BRISBANE - The Yoga Bootcamp is back in action for Spring, over two weeks. What does that mean? That means, our theme - “FAB ABS & Back” yoga is over two weeks! You can attend the 5.45 am sessions Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - up to 8 sessions!

Plus Your Group Signon Session for familiarisation, range of movement, rundown of poses. Last Signons is TODAY SUNDAY 22 September at 5.30 pm, MONDAY 23 September for a Tuesday start, or contact 'Sarge' 0410 570 441 for an alternative time :)
