Planning For Next Year
It is hard to believe that we only have 6 weeks left in the school year. At this point in the year we like to reflect on what went well and how we can improve. Please consider clicking on our survey link to give us feedback about the school year and suggestions for improvements. Survey link.
Before the end of May, the counselor and principal will meet with each grade level team to discuss student information in order to help us plan for the best placement for each student next year. In June our placement team works to construct the class lists. Due to changes over the summer these final lists are not final until the week before school starts back up in August.
As a valuable partner we also invite your input. You may add this to the above survey or, if you have additional information about your child that we need to consider, please email us before May 16th. (Please include your child’s name in the subject line and send the email to either Diane Radivan at dradivan@zcs.k12.in.us or to Christine Squier at csquier@zcs.k12.in.us) Although we will not honor parent requests for a particular teacher, or for a child’s friends to be placed in the same classroom, we value the information provided by parents in our placement process. It is important to describe your child's strengths, challenges and the situations where they have been successful so that we can make the best decisions possible.
If you are not planning to return to Eagle next year please contact Mrs. Gallagher at hessexgallagher@zcs.k12.in.us or
(317) 873-1234 ext. 15996 to let her know your plans. Thank you.
If you know any students who will be new to Eagle please have them contact Mrs. Gallagher so that she can guide them to get registered and assigned to a class list.
Thank you.Upcoming Events:
