My name is Alexis and I am a student in Fort Worth TX. I have horrible posture and a hard time sitting up straight in class. I need to find an solution to decrease the pain I am having in my back and neck while sitting in class. Can you help me with this issue?

Having a good posture is very important for your body. I would recommend if your sitting at your desk sit up straight, get up often and walk around ,and work out your core doing yoga exercises.
