Budget Planning Tool Workshop

The HISD Business Office is implementing the use of a budget and planning tool that will be used district-wide. This spreadsheet will help you keep detailed information about your budget throughout the year as well as help in planning your budget for the next year. We will be holding a 3 hour workshop that Administrative Assistants who are responsible for managing the campus/department budget must attend. You will be receiving a calendar invitation with the time, date and location of your specific workshop. If you cannot attend on the day you are assigned, please contact Rebecca Turner, 936-435-6908, to reschedule into another workshop.

Please bring all of your 2015-2016 Purchase Orders, Payment Vouchers and Budget Transfers (any money you have spent) to the workshop. Those with a HISD laptop, please bring that as well. If you do not have a laptop we will have one that you can use.
