Field Day - May 19 - Volunteers Needed

Our 2nd Annual Field Day is next Thursday, May 19. The students are really looking forward to it! We are still in need of volunteers to help make it a success. Please sign up if you can help out!

Speeding on Campus

Please remember to use slow speeds when travelling on campus. We have received complaints regarding the speed of vehicles on campus, and we want to ensure the safety of all students, families, staff and visitors.

Attention Crusaders: Yearbooks are on the way!!

Make sure your Crusader receives his/her yearbook when they arrive by paying ALL outstanding balances on your account(s). Yearbooks will be held if your accounts are not up to date. If you have questions regarding your account(s) please contact the Mrs. Oncale, Business Manager.

RESERVE YOUR 2015-2016 Yearbook Today!!! It’s NOT TOO LATE! We still have a FEW yearbooks available. Please contact Katie Griep-Moffitt to reserve yours ( Orders will be honored on a first come first served basis.

2014-2015 Inaugural Yearbooks and Spring Supplement Pages:

The 2014-2015 Spring Supplement pages have arrived and will be distributed to students who ordered the 2014-2015 yearbook along with the 2015-2016 edition.

Did you lose last year’s book or are you in need of a second/third copy??? Do not fear, we still have books and supplements available for purchase. Please contact Katie Griep-Moffitt ( to reserve your copy. Books are limited.

First Holy Communion Reception

If your student received their sacrament of Holy Communion during this school year, we would like to recognize them at the school Mass next Wednesday, May 18, followed by a group photo and reception for the recipients and their parents in the Parish Hall. Please have the students wear their Communion outfits and bring a uniform to change into after the reception. We look forward to celebrating this blessed occasion with them!

A front section of the church will be reserved for the students and their parents.

Lunch Orders and Invoicing for May/June

Parents, please ensure you are submitting the May/June order form for any lunches ordered for the remainder of the school year. You will receive an emailed invoice, so please check your inbox to ensure your lunch account is up-to-date.

Students entering 5th-7th grade: Cheer Club Information Meeting

There will be a Cheer Club parent information meeting on Monday, May 16 at 3:30 p.m. in the school library for any students entering 5th-7th grades.

Parent Information & Registration Meetings - First Reconciliation & First Eucharist

Children who are baptized Catholic, are at least 7 years old when receiving the sacrament and have attended at least one year of religious education (either through R.E. or a Catholic School) are now able to register for sacrament preparation. If you have a child who is currently in 1st-7th grade, meets the criteria mentioned and have not yet attended a meeting, please plan on attending our information and registration meeting. Parents have another change to attend the information meetings on Tuesday, May 17 in the Parish Hall or 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 19 in the youth suite located in the CtRCS building. Used Uniform Sale - Drop off your donations!

Drop off your gently used, official CtRCS uniform items during this entire month in the school front office and receive credit to spend at the school's first-ever Used Uniform Sale. Approved uniform items in good condition with no stains, holes or other damage will be accepted together in one, large Ziploc bag marked with the student's and current teacher's last names (to have a uniform receipt/credit delivered to your family). The Used Uniform Sale - which is a great way to supplement your official CtRCS uniform wardrobe - is scheduled 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, August 5 in the Parish Hall. Questions?
