Summer Adventure Is Winding Down
Our students have battled the heat last week, and this upcoming week as they venture to Jefferson Farms in Columbia, Mo., Pizza Hut, and other outings. We are sending coolers of water, along with extra cups as needed with students that are outside. Please do send your student this next week in cool and comfortable clothing. You may even want to apply sunscreen as a preventative. I know the teachers have some fun activities planned to go out with a bang! :)
Along with activities, several projects created by your students will be finished up this week, and the kids are extra excited to share. Look for pictures on our district webpage, as well as Facebook and Twitter. Our students have participated and been given opportunities to improve reading, math and enrich their experiences within our community and beyond.
Again, thank you for making this a succesful Summer Adventure!
