Planning on volunteering at school this year?
Absences should be called in before 8:40 AM if your child will be absent for any portion of the day. The number is 331-228-2100 and has voicemail. You can call during the evening or overnight and leave a message. Please leave your child’s name, their teachers name and the reason why your child is out. If they are ill, please indicate their symptoms (headache, vomiting, etc.).

Fall Fest is only 5 weeks away! It is Friday, October 25th, 2019 from 6 to 8pm. Planning and prep is well underway. A sign-up genius invite will be sent out soon to volunteer for set-up and helping with games and food the night of the event. We already have a committee hard at work and a few sponsors helping the PTO put on the biggest fundraiser Bell Graham does all year! Some BG Families are making new fun games, and local businesses have graciously donated to help make the Fall Fest even more amazing!
*If you (or your business) is interested in helping with or sponsoring any games, prizes, etc. (you’ll get signage with your company’s name, gaining exposure to more than 300 families), or if you'd like to join the Fall Fest committee, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
**Be on the look-out for how/when to donate baked goods for the CAKE WALK & liters of pop for the very popular "Halo Rings" game!
***Our next Fall Fest meeting will be on Thursday, September 26th at 9:30am at Bell Graham. If you haven't already joined the committee and would like to be in on the fun, please join us!
If you are running behind ordering your Spirit Wear, you are in luck! Our vendor has extended the deadline to order until Thursday September 19th.
The Follett Book Fair will be taking place on October 7-11. Please click the link for all specific information on hours, the coloring contest info and volunteer info. This is a new vendor for us this year, and we are very excited to share the new offerings with Bell Graham families! This is a PTO Fundraiser.
The first session of STEM Club (Robotics) is FULL!
The second session which will focus on Bridges and Engineering is now open for registration. It will take place on 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 and 10/30 from 3-4:30 and is open to 2nd-5th graders. Sign up NOW, class size is limited to 12 students.
NEW! PARENT EXPRESS (PARENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY):
Are you looking for opportunities to help with school-wide projects and events during the school day? (Think picture day, parent shepherds, copy tasks, assemblies, last minute requests, etc). Sign up for the PARENT EXPRESS, a volunteer pool that will get notifications of when and where the office or PTO needs help. If you are interested, please email Heather Trask at email@example.com
