Volume 3
Go Cowboys!
Mrs. Neal Is Reading...
Why should you read it?
Because it will leave you with question after question, and just when you start to get some answers... you'll have twice as many questions! I can't put it down!
Go Cowgirls!
Frankenstein Continues
As we have read Frankenstein, we have focused on answering two Essential Questions:
- What happens when the desire for knowledge conflicts with obtaining it through violent or immoral acts?
- How do we use literature to explore the moral and ethical dilemmas we face in life?
We have studied the Greek myth of Prometheus, Shelley's novel, and poetry, all which explore the nature and consequences of a person's actions and/or forbidden knowledge. Over the next three weeks, we will begin to explore connections real-world connections that will help us answer our essential questions in a new, meaningful way.

If you would like to continue helping build our library, you are welcome to donate books that you no longer wish to keep at your home. We are looking only for books that our learners desire to read.
