PLC meetings will be Common Assessment Focused
- All subjects will complete Formative Common Assessments every Two Weeks
- The AVID teacher will analyze their student's data for compliance
- Teachers that are the only teacher that teaches that subject area will create a pre
and post assessments
- The development and question review of the assessment will take place during PLC meetings.
- Every other meeting, teachers will review the common assessment data during PLC meetings. During this time, teachers will be able to discuss improvement areas and students that need enrichment. These results should provide guidance for PRIDE time groups.
- Critical Questions (below) will guide your PLC meetings.
Critical Questions
Consider using these as you collaborate with others about your data and lesson plans.
- What is it we expect students to learn?
- How will we know when they have learned it?
- How will we respond when they don’t?
