Principal's Message
Dear Families,
We had an excellent first week of school. Everyone is getting better at learning all the routines and systems of the school day. Please make sure you review the information below about arrival and dismissal. Almost everyone is following these procedures, it takes a whole team effort to make sure everyone is safe. Our procedures for arrival and dismissal are for the safety of students and staff members.
We had 2 of our safety drills on Friday. We had a fire drill in the morning and a lockdown drill in the afternoon. We do these drills so that we can practice what to do if there is a real emergency.
Communication between home and school is extremely important. We are a team. During the school day, teachers are focused on helping students to grow and learn. If your message is urgent or contains information about an absence or a change in how your child is going home, please contact the school office.

We are looking for family and/or community members to join us as we get our students excited about careers and their futures! Our Career and College Fair will be on Friday, November 18th from 8:00 am-10:30 am. We are hoping to gather a wide variety of guest speakers to share with our K-6 grade students about their careers and the pathways to get there. Please let us know if you are willing to help our students explore their vast possibilities. If you have a friend, family member, or community partner who would love to share about their career or college, please invite them to participate as well!
