New Water Fountains at AG Campus
Alhamdulillah, AG campus now has two new combination drinking faucet/water bottle filling stations.
Students are encouraged to have water bottles with them, especially during hot weather, and the new filling stations will make it easy to keep them filled with cold, filtered water. Students should come to class with their bottles filled and not ask to leave class for this.
In general, students may have their water bottles inside the classroom for an occasional drink, but should not drink while the teacher is providing instructions. They must also not have water around laptops or computers.
Drop-off and Pick-up Reminders - AG Campus
Dropoff: Starting 7:45 AM
If you are early and the gate is not open, please parallel park on Fontaine Street until 7:45 AM. Then you may walk your child to the gate or turn around and drive in. Parents are requested to not park in front of the gate as it blocks access for staff.
Middle school and high school students are dropped off in the front parking lot while 4th and 5th graders are dropped off in the back, near the field.
Parents need to drive to the back of the school, into the field to turn, and then drop their student in the front if all parking spots in the front are taken.
Pick-Up: We need everyone to:
be mindful of the traffic laws; stop at the STOP sign.
not block the intersection of Princess View Drive and Fontaine Street at any time!
drive to the back of the school, into the field to turn, and then pull up along the fence if all parking spots in the front are taken.
do NOT use the front parking area to make a U-turn; it is a safety hazard and blocks the traffic behind you.
follow instructions from the security guard.
remind your students to come out quickly after school and look for you so that you are not holding up traffic waiting for you children.
Jazakum Allahu khairan for your continued support and cooperation as we adapt to our growing and changing population, alhamdulillah!!
Lost & Found - AG Campus
Students should be responsible and keep their belongings with them. However, if they have left something behind, the “Lost & Found” is in the courtyard. Students and parents may look on their own–there is no need to come to the office.
Both the 4th/5th and middle/high school areas should have their own Lost & Found bin in an easy to find space.
We encourage everyone to check and take home everything that is filling up the bins. Any items not claimed after three weeks in Lost & Found” may be donated.
