Weekly Spotlight On MPHS!

Mr. Forrest's Weekly Update: 5/11/18

Roundtable Discussion with Sen. Kaine and Del. Roem

Students were able to participate in a roundtable discussion with Sen. Kaine and Del. Roem regarding school safety. It was an opportunity for our student leaders to offer their thoughts and perspectives with our elected officials and community leaders. Our students have so much to offer!
Big picture

Teacher Appreciation Week

To celebrate our teachers we have had everything from selfies with students, sweet treats, word walls, and teachers dress like students! In addition, families delivered food and other items to show their appreciation. We are thankful for our teachers and all their hard work!

SOL Testing Coming Soon!

MPHS SOL testing will start June 4. Students should take advantage of SOL remediation opportunities their teachers provide. Many teachers are using class time and Cougar Time to work with students. In addition, it is important for students to bring their devices to school and especially during testing. If there are any issues with a student device, please encourage your student to submit a Help Desk ticket so it can be fixed!
