Reminder to Parents: October 31 is an instructional school day. To avoid disruptions and distractions to the school day, students should not plan to wear costumes to school but rather keep those for events outside of the school day. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Impact Aid Forms

Impact Aid Forms have been sent home with students. Please review the information, make corrections if necessary, sign and return to school. Forms are due back by Friday, October 19, 2018. It is important that every form is returned with a signature and date. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention.

8th Grade Parents:

The vision and hearing screenings of all 8th grade students will begin during the month of October. All students will be given a letter to bring home indicating the results of the screening (pass or not passed). Any questions please contacts the school nurses at :

The Flu Clinic is Coming To MBMS on October 15!

If you want your child to be vaccinated, please:

1. Complete the consent form online at OR fill out every section of the attached Consent Form. If you fill out the paper consent, write neatly and use ink. Only fill out the hard copy consent or the online consent. Do NOT fill out both.

2. Use your insurance card to fill out your insurance information accurately. Your insurance company will be billed. There is no co-pay or deductible. You will NOT be charged by us or your insurance company.

3. Read the Vaccine Information Statement (VIS) and talk to your health care provider or the school nurse about any questions you have.

4. Return the consent form no later than October 5, 2018.

Red Ribbon Week

Please see the attached list of theme days for Red Ribbon Week scheduled for October 22-26. Pledge to be Drug Free!

Attention: 8th Grade Parents

Tryouts for high school sports (incoming freshman) next Fall start August 14, 2019. Please be aware of this date to avoid making vacation reservations that would prevent your child(ren) from participating.
