We hope to see you at this wonderful event. A huge thank you to Amanda Schweickert and Claudia Klein for all of their work on this, as well as our parent volunteers for the rehearsals. We couldn't do this without you!!

Blessings,

VERY IMPORTANT INFO for the ACTORS!

Parents...please make sure to check the paper copy you were given on Monday evening which has your child's schedule for the week.
  • Check-IN and Check-OUT for Rehearsals: There will be a sign in/out sheet with the parent volunteer. Please make sure that your child signs in when they arrive at rehearsal. Also, parents MUST sign out when they pick up their child (unless the child is going to Extended Care - you will sign out at Extended Care).
  • 3 pm - 5 pm Rehearsals: Actors go immediately upstairs to the auditorium and sign in. Parents ring Extended Care doorbell and go upstairs to pick up child and sign out.
  • 5:15 pm - 7:15 pm Rehearsals: Parents ring Extended Care doorbell and go upstairs to drop off child and sign them in. At 7:15 pm, the parent volunteer will bring ALL children down to the back door (on the 2nd floor) for parents to pick up. Parents MUST sign the child out before leaving. Please do not ring the bell between 6 - 7:15 pm, as no one will be available to leave the children to answer the door.
  • For students who are in Extended Care and need to go up for the 5:15 pm rehearsal, the parent volunteer will come to pick students up and escort them to the auditorium when they go down to drop off any students from the first rehearsal who are going to Extended Care.
