The SMS Parent Involvement Center is available to help parents support their child's success at school! Our resource library includes books from parenting teens to navigating social media challenges. A computer and printer are available for registrations, completing forms, or checking INOW and Google Classroom to see how students are progressing. Located conveniently near the front office, our Parent Involvement Center is a wonderful addition in our recent expansion.

Hazel Green Elementary
We are so thankful to have Mrs. Susan Walker at HGE! She is our school counselor but that is just one of the many hats she wears. She provides small groups and individual counseling and offers classroom guidance. She encourages our students academically, socially, and emotionally, focusing on a well-balanced child. She coordinates Lunches of Love and holiday donations for our students, is our coordinator for state testing, participates on school committees, and encourages our staff daily. Mrs. Walker is new to our HGE this year and we are thankful to have her here!
