200hr Yoga Teacher Training Schedule:

9:45am-6:45pm on Saturdays
9:00am-6:00pm on Sundays

We meet one weekend a month and trainees are required to attend a minimum of 2 classes a week during the duration of the training.
Please note: Trainees attend classes for FREE during this program & one makeup session is offered during this training.
About LI Kula Yoga's TT Program.....
LI Kula Yoga offers a unique and experiential approach to Education & Learning.
Our program welcomes students of various levels, which includes students who wish to teach & those who just wish to increase their knowledge and self-exploration.
LI Kula's TT Program will include but is not limited to the following:
*Principles of anatomy and physiology
*Learn how to create inspiring and dynamic yoga classes for all levels
*Yoga class sequencing for all levels
*Biomechanics & Pose modifications to ensure that each pose is safe and effective for all populations/levels
*Learn how to teach Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga & Children's Yoga
*Other styles explored will include: Vinyasa Yoga, Alignment based Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, Yin, Kundalini, Anusara & Asthanga Yoga
*Learn how to give effective verbal cues and hands‐on assists
*Explore Classical & Tantric Yogic Philosophy
*Discover The Art of Teaching powerful & artful Yoga Classes
*Expand your knowledge to create an atmosphere of trust, inclusivity, and self‐exploration
*Find your unique personality and style to enhance your teaching
*Learn about dynamic breathing and breath awareness exercises/pranayama practices to incorporate into classes
*Learn Sanskrit terms and their translations
*Dive into the history and philosophy of yoga and its modern applications
*Teach and learn about Meditation practices
*Marketing Tools and the Business of yoga
*Ayurveda
*Other topics covered: Creative visualization, affirmations, and specific self‐awareness practices that will help you integrate what you’ve learned on and off the yoga mat

**FULL YOGA ALLIANCE APPROVED TRAINING & MANUAL INCLUDED**
Requirements:
*A desire to teach & learn
*Attend required training sessions
*Attend a minimum of 2 classes every week, for 6 months
Investment:
$2800 IN FULL BY 9/30
$2950 WITH PAYMENT PLAN OR AFTER 9/30

Payment Plan Details:
LI Kula Yoga's Payment Plans are designed to help students to pay off their balance during the duration of the training.
Payment Plan programs are setup the first day of the training or prior to the start date with the Co-Director, Beth Sparrow.
Trainees will be put on a payment schedule/agreement.
All balances should be at zero prior to the graduation/completion date.
LI Kula Yoga accepts CASH, MC, VISA or CHECK.
