Southern Africa is the southernmost region of the African continent, variably defined by geography or geopolitics. Southern Africa is over 2.6 million years old.
Tribes in Southern Africa
There are many tribes in Southern Africa. One of them is the Bushmen or San Tribe. They are the oldest inhabitants in Southern Africa. They have lived in Southern Africa for over 20,000 years. Their home is the vast expanse of the Kalahari desert. Another tribe is called the Senufo tribe. They have previously lived in Central Africa but due to starvation and lack of water, they moved to Southern Africa.

Zebras
There are approximately 2500 Zebras still alive in the world.
Rhinoceros
There are about 15,000 Rhinoceros still alive in Southern Africa.
Tigers
There are about 5,000 Tigers still alive in the world.
We have to make sure that those animals don't go extinct.
Topographical Features of Southern Africa
Southern Africa has many landform. Some of the landforms are big, long fields of grass which is where many of the animals live, many mountains, plateaus, tree lands and islands, like Madagascar.
