Hello Fellows
Welcome back for the 2019-2020 school year! We are so excited to kick off the new year with some great ideas on igniting a SUPER school year for our teachers! When beginning a school year, remember that it is important to welcome the teachers by first introducing who you are and what your role is in supporting them. Listen to their ideas and needs and start building a relationship of comfort and understanding! Upon your first visits, make sure you arrive in the classroom with a positive outlook, noting what great things teachers are doing and ways you see you can only improve what they are already doing well. We have some great resources listed below, and don't forget to try our challenge to ignite a SUPER SCHOOL year!
