Wow!! What a great week to back at school. We have survived the opening days heat wave and are off to a great start at Thomas. Freshmen are slowly resolving their usual navigation issues in school, seniors are enjoying the senior lounge and everyone (including the staff) seem to appreciate the consistency and routine that school provides.

We have a ton of pictures from the week and some helpful reminders about getting back into the groove at Thomas High School. See you next week at Open House!

Open House 2018

The most updated student schedules, a building map and a time schedule for the night were mailed out yesterday for this Open House on Thursday, September 13th. There will also be PTSA members on hand to assist with signing up for this year's membership as well as the Titan Apparel Sale going on right now.

We look forward to seeing our veteran parents as well as first timers next week. Don't miss the chance to meet and hear from our teachers about classes they are teaching this year.

Linkball 2018

Thank you to our Link Crew and our oustanding advisors Mrs. Navarra, Mrs. Castro, Mrs. Leahy and Mrs. Murray for a great start to the new school year. I know our freshman can feel the spirit of Thomas High School thanks to this outstanding program. It was a warm, but beautiful night for kickball on Wednesday and we had a record crowd of over 220 students under the lights on the turf.

Enjoy some pics from the LinkBall 2018!!

Drop off and Pick up Reminders!

Our security staff need your help to keep everyone safe. When dropping off students, please use only the parking lot located by the tennis court entrance on Publisher's Parkway and always follow the directions of security on site. Drop off and pick ups in other areas create unnecessary traffic where we have many students walking.

Also, for the safety of your child, please do not drop off students on Publisher's Parkway. I know it is tempting as traffic can be very slow, but this is a very unsafe situation for students and drivers.

Thanks for your cooperation.
