GENERAL INFORMATION & UPDATES
Progress Report Information (End of Trister 5)
To view your child’s Semester 2 report, please log into PowerSchool. Each child's updated academic progress will be available to view at the 6, 9, and 12-week mark each semester and reflect your child’s in-progress academic standing. Progress reports do not reflect a student’s final grade with the exception of 6th-grade six-week wheel classes which will be final at the end of each trimester. Each student will receive a report card and GPA at the end of each semester. Below are additional reminders regarding grade reporting and when grades are considered final:
6-week progress reports will reflect the final grade for 6th-grade trimesters 1 and 4 wheel classes.
9-week progress reports will be the final grade for all Quarter 1 and 3 classes and reflect the mid-trimester grade for 6th-grade trimesters 2 and 5.
12-week progress reports will be the final grade for 6th-grade trimesters 2 & 5 wheel classes.
Please visit PowerSchool and Schoology for more detailed information regarding your child’s grade and performance on specific assignments and/or assessments.
Citizenship marks will also be entered and reflective of behaviors in the classroom. Marks assigned for citizenships are as follows:
- S: Satisfactory: Consistently meets individual classroom expectations
- N: Needs Improvement: Inconsistency with meeting classroom expectations
- U: Unsatisfactory: Consistently not meeting individual classroom expectations

7th Graders = Updated Vaccine Records
Parents/Guardians of Current 7th grade students!
Please send/email any updated vaccine records you may have for next year to the health room. Each 8th grade student will need to be compliant with Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines prior to the start of 8th grade. Please send those records to christie.netterville@lsr7.net or amy.connell@lsr7.net. You may also bring the records to the school and let the front office staff know it is for the health room, if that is preferred.
