Athletic/Activity Highlights of the Month:

Congratulations goes to Jeremy Fischer for earning All American Academic Recognition in Swimming & Diving this year!!

Jeremy Fischer was selected to the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association of America, Inc. All America Team. Whether they are involved in swimming, diving, water polo or an exemplary student you can and should take pride in being a part of this tremendous honor.
Over 353,936 students are involved in aquatics at the high school level in over 17,454 programs for boys’ and girls’. Approximately 2% of these students are recognized as high school All American’s.

Summer Opportunities for Fridley Athletes

Fridley Coaches provide lots of opportunities in the summer to keep working on your sports.

Summer Strength and Fitness program for ALL athletes

The Fridley Summer Speed and Strength Fitness program welcomes all student athletes entering grades 7-12 (2020-2021)

The program consists of daily warm-ups, lifting weights, agility drills, conditioning, and other fitness activities. We will be in the high school fitness center, gym, and outside as much as we can.

COST: $75 for the Summer Session ($25 for free and reduced lunch)

WHEN: Starts on June 14th - Ends on July 29th.

Sessions are Monday–Thursday, no Fridays

No sessions the week of July 5-9th.


Session 1 8:00am-10:00am Session 2 10:00am-12:00pm

Participants can register for either session.

Each session will be divided into 3 groups:

Boys entering 9-12, Girls Entering 7-12, Boys 7 & 8

It is always so much fun to see our Seniors honored in the last few weeks of their high school experience.
