Teach Me To Be Techie

Advancing Learning Through Technology

Course being offered in Darlington

CESA 3 is offering "Teach Me to be Techie" workshop series which is designed to assist teachers in examining the three major shifts taking place in education: the shift from analog to digital, the shift in cognitive complexity, and the shift in control. Throughout this workshop series, teachers will begin to shift their personal paradigms in order to align ISTE standards with CCSS and integrate digital tools into their teaching practices. Teachers will learn about digital citizenship and the importance of incorporating lessons on digital citizenship into their curriculum. Teachers will also practice using SAMR and Trudacot models to examine technology integration in their existing and redesigned lessons.

This workshop series will meet the needs of learners at all levels of technology integration.
