Student ID cards

Are you coming to our next home football game vs. El Capitan on October 29th? If you are, YOU MUST have a CURRENT WHHS student ID to enter the stadium and dance.

If you lost your ID or do not have one, go to the Finance Office to get a replacement. There will be no exceptions at the gate if you do not have a valid school ID.

Loss of Privilege Policy

Loss of Privilege (LOP) List: This exists to support the idea that our primary function is “Academics First” and that student behaviors and choices need to prioritize attendance and following school rules. Students may earn their way off of the LOP list through attendance at detention and / or Saturday school after talking with their Assistant Principal. They can also lose a privilege that was granted (i.e. serving Saturday School to be eligible to purchase a Dance Ticket, but then repeat actions (or new actions) that put them back on LOP so that attending Dance is no longer available to them and a dance ticket refund is issued).

See our Loss of Privilege Policy HERE.

Interested in College Scholarships?

West Hills students of all grades are encouraged to visit our Scholarships webpage listed on the Wolf Pack Website under the Counseling drop-down menu. It features new or ongoing scholarships that can offer funds for college-bound students to put towards tuition costs. Check out our monthly Scholarship Spotlight for at-a-glance info about great scholarships with approaching deadlines. This month, our spotlight showcases the College Jumpstart, Zombie Apocalypse, and the Coca-Cola Scholarships.

The Scholarship Club

Students! After graduation, will you be attending a trade school, community college, or 4-year University? If your answer is yes, do you need money to help pay for it? If so, we would like to invite you to attend the Scholarship Club that is hosted by the Counseling Department. At the scholarship club, we will introduce you to scholarship opportunities and provide time to work on scholarship applications under the guidance of a counseling staff member. For additional information, please contact Ms. Womack in the Counseling Office. The club meets Mondays during lunch and period 7 in the College/Career Center (L-1) located across from the library.

Attention Seniors!

College Application tutorials are every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 - 3pm in our College/Career Center L-1 for all of October, November, and December. Be there!

Tutorial Schedule

We are happy to share our 2021-22 tutorial schedule for students who are seeking support and assistance in their academic subjects.

Please report to tutorial at the start of the period offered. Students will sign in at each session and these sign-in logs will be submitted to the main office at the conclusion of each week.
