Facts about Francis Bacon: created Scientific Method to collect and analyze evidence, used experiments to prove theories, he was a lawyer and was great with bringing up evidence, created a new system based entirely on empirical and inductive ideas, and Francis wrote a book called "Novum Organum" arguing that the truth required evidence. He is one of the first to challenge what the Roman Catholic Church believed. He did this by doing experiments to test his theories or the Churches beliefs.
