May Teacher Feature-Mrs. Minze
During the height of the COVID pandemic, Mrs. Minze, and her now-husband, Brandon was forced to elope and postpone their wedding. They were officially married on a sailboat and recently got the opportunity to re-do their wedding! Mrs.Minze and her husband own a sailboat which they keep in Kemah (near Houston) and they both enjoy sailing, being in the outdoors, traveling, hiking, camping, and kayaking. The Minze's have an affinity for being on the water. When not in the classroom Mrs. Minze serves as the coach for our Floriculture, Veterinary Science, Ag Advocacy, and Public Relations FFA teams, and the project manager for the lambs.
Mrs. Minze's favorite quote is " We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit." - Aristotle We thank her
