Bowl-A-Thon!
April 11th from 1-3pm at Retro Bowl in Liberty! Cost is $20 per person but that includes a t-shirt, bowling, shoes, and entry to win a door prize. Also, there will be a silent auction to support the Bowl-A-Thon--it is set to run April 6-10. More information to follow!
Parent-Teacher Conferences--coming right up!
Liberty Academy Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Monday, 2/9/15 and Tuesday, 2/10/15 from 4pm - 8pm. Students are encouraged to attend too. These conference times are a great chance to meet the teachers, to ask any questions you might have, and to find out how your student has started this semester. We hope to see you on the 9th or 10th!
Headed off to college or trade school?
Students who will graduate in May and are planning to attend future schooling (college or skills training facility) should fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) right away. These students should ALSO consider applying for a Liberty Community Scholarship (an easy way to apply for multiple local scholarships using just one simple application).
Mrs. Streu is offering INFORMATION SESSIONS for any student (and parent) who wants more information about the FAFSA and the Liberty Community Scholarship Application. Sessions will be held DURING parent-teacher conferences and will be about 15-20 minutes in length:
Monday, February 9th at 5:00pm and 7:00pm
Tuesday, February 10th at 5:00pm and 7:00pm
