Order Online Your School Supplies
Don't forget to order your school supplies! The St. Louis Parents Association has partnered with ClassBundl to make shopping easier for school supplies. Athletic Release and Physical Forms
Every Junior High student who participates in our athletic program must get by the first day of school a physical and have the school's physical form completed and signed by a physician. Additionally, all athletes must complete and submit a release form. You can click here to get a copy of the forms.
Each form is due by the first day of school, August 16, 2017. Students will not be allowed to participate in the school's athletic program or play in games until these forms are completed and returned to the school.

Book Day 2017 is Monday, August 14, 2017
Book Day 2017 will be here before you know it. Book Day is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and it is a come and go event. You will update with the school your contact, medical, and health insurance information. You also can purchase Spirit Shirts, car decals, and Bibles (required for 5th Grade and up) at Book Day. If you are interested in establishing a lunch account and signing up for after school care, you also can do these things at Book Day. Classroom lists will be posted outside of the cafeteria beginning on Book Day.
PreK3 and PreK4 Meet the Teachers
PreK3 and PreK4 parents and students can meet the teachers on Book Day 2017 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Parents need to bring on this day their child's school supplies that are labeled with the child's name. Mrs. Darling is the PreK3 teacher and Mrs. Schornack is the PreK4 teacher and their classrooms are located on the first floor near the second (back) entrance to the cafeteria.
Name the Drop Off Lane
At this year's Gala, the opportunity to purchase a street sign for the Drop Off Lane was available. If you missed out on purchasing one, you still have time. The following months are available for purchase: August, November, December, January, and May. Your sign will be prominently displayed at the entrance to the Drop Off Lane, will be displayed for the entire month; and you will receive at the end of the month the sign to have as a treasured collectible. The price is $150 per sign. If you are interested in purchasing a sign(s), please email Becky Chollett with your name, telephone number, and month you want to purchase, and she will be in touch with you to get the details for your sign.
School's Office Hours
Beginning August 1, 2017, the School's office hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email Ms. Lagle.
St. Louis Parents Association Fee
REMINDER...Parents are required to pay every year a fee to the St. Louis Parents Association for each child enrolled at St. Louis School. This fee makes you a member of the St. Louis Parents Association and covers the following activities for your child(ren): for Prek3-6th Grade the fee covers class parties, Field Day, and other social functions such as Dads N Donuts, Moms N Muffins, Grandparents Day, etc, and for Junior High students, the fee covers class dances and other social functions. This fee will be deducted from your FACTS account on August 15, 2017.
School Uniforms and PE Wear
All students are required to be in full uniform on the first day of school and in Mass uniform beginning on Friday, August 18. Click here to review the school's uniform policy. You can purchase uniforms and PE wear from Get Noticed, 2901 West Waco Drive (254.313.1900) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., M-F. You can purchase from the school used uniforms on Book Day. The school has a wide assortment of used uniforms that are reasonably priced.
8th Grade Spanish and German Classes
Students taking 8th Grade Spanish and German will be taking these classes at Reicher Catholic High School for high school credit. Therefore, each student will need to order textbook(s) for the appropriate class. Textbooks can be order at http://bookstore.reicher.org or used books will be sold beginning July 28, 2017, at Reicher.
First Day of School is August 16, 2017
The first day of school is Wednesday, August 16, 2017. School begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:20 p.m. The administration, teachers, and staff are looking forward to a great school year at St. Louis School.
