  1. Copy of your School Wide Discipline Plan 15-16
  2. Copy of your staff policy procedure handbook.( If this has School Wide Discipline in it great) 15-16
  3. Copy of Your Schools Academic Plan RTI 15-16 Schedule ( Are you Tracking?)
  4. Dates for your Back to School Nights or Night
  5. Enrollment Dates and Times
  6. Activity Lunch and Recess Schedules 16-17 if you have ready
  7. I will need all of the above for 16-17 by July 26,2016
