Students will create “postcards” to God about their spiritual journeys. Students may describe their faith experiences, ask God questions, ask for guidance, or give thanks by writing and drawing on the postcards.

· Rocky Road (Mrs. Campbell’s Room)

Students will write a word on a rock about their spiritual journey, struggles, questions, doubts, triumphs, etc.

· Tree of Life (Mrs. Zenger/Mrs. Sloan’s Room)

Students will write the names of those they wish to remember in prayer on a paper leaf and will attach the leaf to the tree. Then students will reflect on how these relationships provide opportunities to grow in the ways of love, kindness, hospitality, peace, patience, and grace.

· Calvary Hill Craft (MP Room)

Food/Can Drive-April 17th

Both first grade classes will be holding a nonperishable food/can drive on the morning of April 17th. The first grade students will collect food from cars in the drop-off lane that morning. Thank you for helping us teach your children about the importance of giving. All food collected will be given to Bethesda Community Food Pantry.

There is still time to register. It is not too late to come and have fun with us on Saturday, April 26. You can contact any of the co-chairs or register online at

Please turn in your raffle tickets (sold and unsold). Drop them off at the school office. This is very important so that we have enough to sell the night of the Gala. We want to get as much out of this fundraiser as possible! Thank you.
