Montgomery Bus Boycott!
December 1, 1955
DON'T RIDE THE BUS TODAY!
Four days ago our beloved sister, Rosa Parks, was fined and arrested after refusing to give up her front row bus set to a white gentleman. We are trying to have this boycott due to the fact that bus segregation is unconstitutional. We ask of you to not ride the bus today and please spread this information to your friends and your family. Some of your alternative forms of transportation include walking, biking, and carpooling.
