Why they invented the seimograph
China had always had been plagued and the government wanted to know where the earthquake would effect them. Then, in the second century a great scientist, and a mathematician, and an inventor invented the seimograph. His invention was noted in the court records of the Han Dynasty. The modern seismograph was invented in 1848.
